Refund & cancellation policy

This policy applies to workshops, drill sessions, and private chart reviews offered by Site Dogwood Path Co., Ltd.. By registering and paying, you agree to these terms.

Breakout Recognition Workshop

• Full refund: Cancel 14 or more days before the session start date.
• 50% refund: Cancel 7–13 days before the session start date.
• No refund: Cancel fewer than 7 days before, or no-show.
• Deposits are refundable within the windows above. If you cancel inside the no-refund window, the deposit is forfeited.

False Breakout Drill Sessions

• Full refund: Cancel 48 or more hours before the session.
• No refund: Cancel within 48 hours or no-show.
• Online drill links are sent 24 hours before start; failure to join without prior cancellation is treated as a no-show.

Private Chart Review

• Full refund: Reschedule or cancel at least 24 hours before the appointment.
• No refund: Cancel within 24 hours or no-show.
• If you submit chart screenshots fewer than 24 hours before the appointment, we may proceed without refund if the instructor has already begun annotation.

Rescheduling

You may reschedule once without fee if request is made outside the no-refund window for your session type. A second reschedule may incur a ฿500 administrative fee. Rescheduled seats are subject to availability.

If we cancel

If we cancel a session due to instructor illness or venue issue, you receive a full refund or priority transfer to the next available date — your choice.

Non-refundable items

• Printed workbooks already shipped for postal pre-work (not currently offered; included for completeness).
• Administrative fees noted above.
• Sessions forfeited due to no-show or late cancellation.

Refund process

Email hello@sitedogwoodpath.click with your registration name, session date, and reason. Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days to the original payment method (bank transfer or PromptPay). Partial refunds follow the percentages listed above.

Work already started

Private chart reviews where annotation has been delivered are not eligible for refund. Workshop attendance on the day constitutes completion — partial refunds for leaving early are not offered.

Deposits

Workshop deposits of ฿2,000 apply toward the total fee. Deposits are non-transferable to another person unless we approve in writing at least seven days before the session.

Exceptions

Medical emergencies may be considered for credit toward a future session with documentation. Contact us within 48 hours of the missed session. Exceptions are granted at our discretion and are not guaranteed.
