These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website at sitedogwoodpath.click and your registration for training sessions offered by Site Dogwood Path Co., Ltd. ("we," "us," "our"). By using this website or registering for a session, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services described

We provide in-person and online chart reading training, including workshops, drill sessions, and private chart reviews. Our sessions teach analytical skills for identifying breakouts and false breakouts. We do not provide investment advice, brokerage services, trade signals, or account management.

2. Registration and payment

Session fees are listed on our rates page. A deposit may be required to hold a workshop seat. Full payment terms are provided in your registration confirmation email. Failure to pay the balance by the stated deadline may result in forfeiture of your seat.

3. Intellectual property

Workbooks, handouts, annotated charts, and website content are owned by Site Dogwood Path Co., Ltd. or our licensors. You may use printed materials for personal study. You may not reproduce, distribute, or sell our materials without written permission.

4. Participant conduct

Participants must behave respectfully toward instructors and peers. We may remove a participant from a session without refund for disruptive conduct, harassment, or recording without permission where recording is prohibited.

5. No guarantee of trading outcomes

Training improves analytical skills; it does not guarantee profitable trading or any specific financial outcome. You remain solely responsible for your trading decisions and capital.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Thai law, Site Dogwood Path Co., Ltd. shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or attendance at our sessions. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the fee you paid for the specific session giving rise to the claim.

7. Website use

You agree not to misuse this website, attempt unauthorised access, or submit false information through our contact form. We may suspend access if we detect abuse.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bangkok, Thailand.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the current version. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance.
